Custom hats are handmade to order in 10-12 weeks and completed following your Custom Made Hat virtual appointment, packaged in a travel hat box.
We cannot guarantee your felt colour will be in stock and try our best to minimise delay in availability.
Custom Made Hat virtual appointments are strictly 60 minutes per hat, an opportunity if necessary, to discuss the trimmings selected and any additional personalised trimmings you may wish to include.
