Oops! Has your hat arrived a size too big or a touch on the tight side? Maybe someone gifted you your hat and guessed your sizing. If you think you might need your hat resized and foam tape isn't going to do the job, post your hat back to us and we will work our magic.
All resizing requires our production team to resize/replace your sweatband, no stretching of existing sweatbands takes place in this process. All name stamping will be replicated so you don’t lose that personal touch.
If your PHYLLi hat was purchased some time ago, we also accept hats for resizing. Non-PHYLLi hats will not be accepted at this time.
Purchase your Hat Resizing option and we will email you direct shipping address information. Post your hat direct to our studio via registered post and send through your tracking number. Your hat will be returned to you, ready for all your new adventures.
To make sure you have your correct hat size, you’ll need to measure the circumference of your head. Do this by wrapping a measuring tape around the crown of your head, place the tape one to two fingers width above your eyebrows and one finger above your ears. Alternatively, use a piece of string and then measure the length.
